Estoppels

Included below you will find the estoppel procedures.

1.Mail or submit personally at our office (12964 SW 133rd Court - Miami FL 33186) the necessary forms and payments payable to: FPMS (Company Check, Cashier Check, or Money Order ONLY)

In your selected amount depending on the desired turn around time:
$299.00 - 10 Business Days
$418.00 - 3 Business Days

Disclaimer - Additional estoppel fees may apply depending if the account is delinquent. These fees will be added to the estoppel provided and must be included upon payment or transfer of property along with the required transfer fee.

2. Make Payment Online 
· Click on link https://payorportal.revopay.com/index.php/enb/properties/fpms/qpay
· For the address type in the association name with the account number -- " ABC 1234 "
· Click continue to type in your information.
· Next you're going to click Estoppel and one of the two payments options:
               - $299 for a 10- business day turnaround
               - $299 (1x) + $119 (rush fee) = $418 RUSH 3- business day turnaround  
· Type in the payment method.
· Attach receipt to email, estoppel@myfpms.com
